Like a lot of people I was disappointed when Shadowrun Returns was released on PC only, as we were expecting a tablet release at the same time. Every day I have searched the Google Play store for the game since I found out a few weeks ago it had been submitted. Well today is the day! The game is up for the meagre price of £6.52!

Have you played Shadowrun Returns? Let us know what you think!

Question is how many people are ready to pay over couple euros for game that is on platform which userbase are playing free time wasters. And game already is on PC.

I feel that it's going to be pay-2-win. If it's not pay-2-win, it might be fun to play on the bus, seeing how good the PC one was.

The PC rev is a pretty lousy game, alas, and if this is basically a port it, too, will be a pretty lousy game, alas.

(It's nowhere remotely as good a game as the classic Genesis game, and isn't even on par w/ the pretty good SNES game.*)

*And yes, I've played both in the last several years, so this isn't nostalgia talking.

PC version is good, but far from perfect
very short gameplay
low replay value
glitch here and there
not much customization

I wish they working on new content and not depend on their userbase to make user campaign

Supposedly it's identical to the PC version.
I've played about 2hrs on my galaxy tab 2 10.1" and it seems pretty solid, I actually really like it and am looking forward to the next part that's set in Berlin.
What I don't like is the auto save and no manual saves, the fact that you can't take your character into future episodes (really wtf!?).
I'm sure you could install it on an sgs3 but it would be hard to read the text. I've not tried it on mine.
There's no in app purchases, pay to win bs.
Also I like that the editor is available to the public. I expect to see a full blown game in the future which will probably be better than anything HBS could create. Maybe someone will recreate the SNES game with this editor, that would be amazing!

1.0.6 is now out which adds more devices to compatibility list, fixes in game music and random crashes.
I found a fix out myself for Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" Shadowrun Returns 1.0.5:
To stop the game crashing and force closing by itself, turn off wifi, force close all apps with task manager and make sure power saving is turned off before starting the game. In the game options set camera to fixed and view to orthographic. Since doing this I've gone from crash every time around the market quest to no crashes!
