You're not wrong, but there's no TWL patching.

I do not ever commit/push anything that I don't personally test and see if it works as intended, but that doesn't mean it's stable. I'm just a single 3DS right now.

Have you ever used Gateway tools to downgrade?

I downgraded with Gateway Tools once from 9.2 to 4.5. I have the problem that I can only boot safe_mode.bin and from there with CTRBootManager some other payloads and nothing else boots, neither boot.bin (SatFW) or without SDCard.

This isn't meant to be a replacement for Luma. It's meant to allow you to boot sysNAND without an SDCard with a payload inserted. It will still be able to boot Luma.

This isn't a cfw such as luma, it still boots arm9 payloads.
You can use Luma normally, but if you don't have an sdcard, it boots ShadowNAND

I ask this of anyone making new CFWs that utilize A9LH. Are you able to turn off the 300 title limit? I mean I know this must be possible, I've asked others about it and they all seem to think so, I think the biggest problem is just finding where in the code the restriction takes place.
