Thx!ShadowNAND is based on A9LHv2, so I don't think that it is compatible.
Read the instructions again, slowly. You will notice the mistake.the shadownan installer say that it doesnt notice the secret_sector.bin or it have the wrong size (but its 1KB) help (i put it in the a9lh folder)
nvm i downloaded it with the safea9lhinstaller and it work succesfuly.Read the instructions again, slowly. You will notice the mistake.

Please go and ask in the noob thread.A bit off topic but I was away from good couple months, what are the differences between v1 and v2?
Here's your answer:@Shadowhand are you actually working at this project? Didn't saw a release for a while and was curious.
Btw: Great work
I'm still working on it, but the main waiting point is the paths. There's no pattern or a decided-path right now, and I don't want to change it a fourth time. So I'm waiting before anything is decided.
That is weird. I'm using 11.0 NFIRM and it works just fine. Was your device downgraded with Gateway ever before?[Edit 2] I fixed the issue on my Old 3DS by downgrading the NATIVE_FIRM to 10.4, linked to in the Luma 3DS wiki, like someone else did earlier in this thread. Perhaps this should be added as a FAQ?
It worked on my New 3DS without any hassle. I don't know if I did anything special with its NATIVE_FIRM.
i am also having the same issue as that person. old3ds E with 11.0 firmThat is weird. I'm using 11.0 NFIRM and it works just fine. Was your device downgraded with Gateway ever before?
Thanks for the feedback. I'll investigate this further.i am also having the same issue as that person. old3ds E with 11.0 firm
i have it temporarily working with the 10.4 firm right now. should work for others too. Thanks for the feedback. I'll investigate this further.
I got it working perfectly with two 2DSes with 11.0 native firm, one of which uses rxTool's FBI inject, and on a new 3DS. What version of arm9loaderhax did you upgrade from? Mine came from 2.x.Using ShadowNAND Installer 1.2, I installed ShadowNAND 0.85, and while it can successfully load /homebrew/3ds/boot.bin and /homebrew/3ds/bootmgr.bin, I can't get it to run without the SD card; it hangs on a black screen with the power light on. If I hold "down" without the SD card, I get the "Couldn't find the payload" message, but that's the only thing I can get it to do without the SD.
I am trying it on an original old 3DS with sysnand 11.0.0-33U, with a hard mod.
Any ideas as to what could be causing this, or how to fix it?
[Edit] I'm about to try it out on my New 3DS (which doesn't have a hard mod), since even without booting without an SD, it appears to be stable enough for normal use. Good work!

It was, but I restored a NAND backup since then, so I think that's a net "no".Was your device downgraded with Gateway ever before?
It was A9LH 2 no screen init, and I don't remember which specific fork/version. I would doubt this is the issue since ShadowNand Installer should have overwritten it, and since it was the same version I was using on my New 3DS. I think that weirdness with the system itself is more likely.I got it working perfectly with two 2DSes with 11.0 native firm, one of which uses rxTool's FBI inject, and on a new 3DS. It might work if you patched it with a CIA.Just waiting for it to become better then I'll get it, rn not sure if my AGB_Firm patched GBA games would work and I ain't taking the headache xD
AGB_Firm patched GBA games are GBA games that patched then made into a CIA format, even after using the AGB_firm patch CIA you need a CFW capable of using it, I had a patched AGB_firm and reinand or Luma3DS couldn't run them , just a black screen, but after using Alex's Luma3DS nightlies it started working. It might work if you patched it with a CIA.
