Gaming Shadow Warrior - Twin Dragon: request for help!

Would someone kindly tell me where the first key (keycard) is located in the second map (city of despair)? According to a rough guide ( https://shadowwarrior.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Twin_Dragon_Levels ) it should be on a rooftop, but I absolutely cannot find it. I have the doubt that it is a defect inherent the port I'm using (SW for PSP).
Is there a comprehensive walkthrough for this game?

Note: This addon is playable on PSP by inserting its .map, .voc, .anm, .art files into SW.grp, replacing the pre-existing ones.
