SFANS have changed their dongle into a dock design without asking any backers even though the console came with a dock in the 1st place LOL.

See, the lesson here is never back or crowdfund a project, it's much easier this way. Companies are getting so desperate that they have to rely on others for money. Sad.

Is this going to be one of those totally justifiable design decisions like what happens all the time in the real world during product development? I have not yet read up but at this point I am so jaded by kickstarter complaints I tend to assume those making them don't know of what they speak.

That’s not the issue at hand, the issue is they have changed the product so much it’s nothing like what everyone paid for. They even sold plastics stands which people backed to go with their sfans adaptor and now because this new thing that nobody asked for is a stand what are those people going to get to make up for it? The whole things a real mess.

To be fair the original design was terrible. You can't prop up the switch when plugged in unless you get creative with a bunch of 1-2-3 blocks or something, And letting it sit flat is going to cause serious heating problems with blocked ports and UFD failure.

If they stick with the original design they are likely to run into problems with people's Switches dying and refund demands and lawsuits.

Guys, this is clearly a rebranded CForce CF001. Check out the CForce CF001 and CF002 on Amazon.

The prop doesn't come with all bundles. And just because you get one doesn't mean you will always use it.

Still not what we paid for, opinion of which Is better to you doesn’t come into this. If you paid for a car and a van got delivered and was told it’s more practical you wouldn’t accept it would you?

Definitely a change for the better from the generic Chinese cell phone adapter they were reselling here. Plus if you back anything in crowdfunding, you should always be prepared for the final design to change, but as long as it still has all the promised features (which it seems to here), then I fail to see the issue.
