Homebrew Settings Button/Icon on HB Launcher doesnt seem to work?

So in the Homebrew Launcher there is this wrench icon in the bottom right,
However I cant seem to do anything with it. Ive tried tapping it and pressing all of the buttons, But nothing happens.
(I'm on an O3DS with CFW)

they planned to add something there, but I guess they couldn't think of anything to put there? tbh idk what they could put there either, aside from a color selector or something

That button only works when you use *hax (ninjihax, steelhax, ect.) and not cfw to load up the homebrew launcher. It's for exiting the homebrew launcher, since the home menu button takes screenshots when in *hax. They probably just disabled it because hiding it would take more work.
