Misc Setting up access point for ds

Hey, i really dont know how to setup my TP-LINK wireless adapter which is receiving signal from a hotspot which requires entering of a code in order to access the internet.
What i wnna do is setup a network from this wireless adapter such that it can be detected on the DS and i can use the internet which is coming from the computer...is it possible and how is it so?
