Homebrew Question Serial Number Issue

Hey guys, so my friend is having an issue with his switch which is causing alot of issues with alot of the apps including HBGshop..
he doesn't have a Serial Number in the settings due to using Incognito and not doing a Backup or a NAND backup beforehand..
Is there any way to resolve this issue?

According to https://gbatemp.net/threads/incognito.531924/ incogneto does a backup of the prodinfo on the root of the sd card. I would look there. Also maybe best to ask there as i read on page 4 or something that u can rebuild it if its lost but they would know more

he doesnt seem to have the prodinfo on his sd card, looks like he may have deleted it.
I might ask on that page, thanks man
