I happened to come across Make-MultiV3 which stated it has an audiofix. I have been using V2 up until now as I wasn't aware V3 existed. Time to test again.
Mario Golf (Mario_Golf_Toadstool_Tour_USA_NGC-XWaR) will only work on multi game discs if NOT compressed, else it sticks on the green screen.
I've also found Mario Baseball (Mario.Superstar.Baseball.USA.NGC-MOONCUBE) will not work (stops just after it says "Play Ball" with "An error has occurred. Turn power off etc...") on the multigame discs at all, but if burned on it's own and booted with the separate GCOS (for Wiinja version) it works fine.
Mario Golf now still does not work compressed - hangs in GCOS video mode options.

Works ok uncompressed though.
Mario Baseball now works perfectly (un-shrunk or shrunk) using V3.

Another one that does not work -
Wave Race Blue Storm (E) compressed or not, on a PAL machine. Comes up with Error, refer to manual....
Wave Race now works perfectly (un-shrunk or shrunk) using V3.

Overall makemultiV3 is much improved over V2, with a much better success rate.
Using Wiinja V2 on PAL console.

UPDATE: Just found RE4 will hang (black screen) just after in-game 50-60Hz selection, either compressed or not.

I finally found this thread! xD Anyways i read how to do things and followed the insturctions but i'm stuck

Here's what i did:

1. First I shrunk all the gamecube games i had (named some to .iso before i shrunk)
2. Then i wrote the notepad thingy "make-multiv2.exe output.gcm PAL 1.gcm 2.gcm 3.gcm" to be exact, since i have a pal wii, i also replaced the numbers with the video game names.
3. I saved it as "make.bat and put it in the same folder as the "make-multiv2.exe" was in.
4. I run make-multiv2.exe but nothing happens, i see like a little black flash but that's it.

Ps. Oh and i also tried to put the games i had written on the notepad in the same folder as make-multiv2.exe aswell but that didn't work either...

Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?

Pretty stupid question but just incase, are you sure you don't have version 3? I don't remember the PAL, NTSC or JAP line being in V2?

I’d download version 3 anyway and use that. make sure that there are no spaces with the filenames in the notepad doc too. It sounds to me as though its trying to run but isn’t finding the files you refereed to. If a file is called m3-k7d1.gcm (I used this the other day!) for example make sure you put one of the files as m3-k7d1.gcm without any spaces or any other alteration. Make sure it corresponds to the exact file name.

with version 3 I think I had the bat file with the following text;

make-multiv3.exe Killer7.iso PAL m3-k7d1.gcm m3-k7d2.gcm

It should take a few mins to compile it. Make sure everything is in the same folder too. It can’t search outside its own area as far as I’m away.

Hope that helps!

Just re-read your question and figured out what you're doing wrong!! You need to run the bat file, not the make-multi.exe one!! When you save the docs as .bat it should get a little clog in the folder. Just click that and off it will go

Hope that helps this time!!

Well i did use version 2 but noticed there was a v.3 so i downloaded that one instead ^^ Well anyways i tried to run the "make.bat" this time but the same thing happened

Just a flash of a black screen and then nothing...or is it just me not noticing

?

Could do with knowing what you're actually games are called (full file names) post them back and post what you're righting in the .bat file. You can use cmd like iori-kyo-k says but I find the bat file much easier. Is up to you though, I've only just learnt how to do it myself so I know theres something wrong in your code cus you would notice it. Post back here what you're actually writing and I'll try to get back to you or someone else will help.

Sure Azimuth i'de love to get some help!

Oh and this is exactly what i write on the .bat thingy:

"make-multiv3.exe output.gcm PAL Mario tennis.gcm Metroid prime two.gcm Fire Emblem.gcm Paper Mario.gcm"

I've shrunk all these games btw. and the names are precicely like they're written above "Mario tennis.gcm" etc.

ya try to cut out spaces,

ok heres a small guide to doing it from the cmd shell.

lets say the files are in C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\make-multi-srcv3\

open up the shell: Win + R then type in cmd and hit enter

now to go the directory via the shell: cd C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\make-multi-srcv3\

place all the gamecube games in this folder and change the extension to .gcm

now type this in: make-multiv3.exe output.gcm USA game1.gcm game2.gcm game3.gcm

output.gcm - is the name of the combined image file containing all the games
USA - is the region change this to PAL or JAP according to your wii

thats all, when its done change the extension of the output file to .iso and burn it

It worked! It freakin' worked!!

You can have spaces in the file names as long as you put it in "". For example "Metroid Prime Two.gcm". Works for me.
