that was orbisdev. here's open orbis (making both an eboot.bin, hello_world, and a prx, library). if I can figure out ps4sdk, the last open source sdk that I know of, I'll write a tutorial on compiling stuff:

well ive just found something odd, TLOUP2 DUPLEX Release CUSA10249 i had to source from a different site, but it was base version, and the site hosting the backport wont install and gives error, after looking apparently its a mis match TID, going to look to see if its an easy fix or have to redownload the game base again :(

your issue is probably that you have to remarry the update or backport to the base game. it's duxa repacker that you want. run that on the base pkg and update to make a new update that will install with the game. I think it's the digest that causes this problem, which is basically a collection of checksums to make sure the game is complete. that's probably why it doesn't install. it sees the checksums as being different, since it's a different dump. I think that's how it works.

i got error code ce-36434-0, just watching a vid by modded warfare, i basically followed most of his tutorials on friday to get going and then picked up new things as i went on.

it's not very hard to make a backport, but that might depend on if you need sdk specific changes like with ghidra. I've learned a lot of what I know about this stuff from a certain dev.

you just have to lump eboot.bin, param.sfo, prx, and modules into a script after unfselfing the files, unless you've dumped the game, then you don't need to unfself. if the game doesn't work, you have to use ghidra or IDA with a loader like balika or others.

btw, you don't have to do rights.sprx. it's the copyright file, and it's generic, I believe. it's made by orbis, and it can only be unfself'd with unfself, not selfutil. it's unnecessary as it has nothing to do with backports.

Would you say its worth staying on 5.05 or update to 9.0?

Tho I do have a ps4 pro that I havent been on in a while and should be on 8.x, do I do the 9.0 exploit on that, but its linked to my psn account.

If I remove it off my device list and just put a dummy account it should prevent my main account safe from bans, tho all I mainly do is sync trophies luckily my vita hasn't been banned syncing trophies (I dont play online games)

Hi, I keep encountering the (CE-36434-0) error while trying to install updates for GTA V and Uncharted 4. It keeps saying it can't install the update. I’m using the same title ID. From other replies, I read that I should remarry the base package with the update, but I bought the PS4 with the base fake PKGs (version 1.00) pre-installed. Unfortunately, I can’t afford mobile data to download another base package. Is there a way to copy the base package from my PS4 to a USB drive and then remarry it, or is there another fix that would allow me to install the updates? Thank you in advance!
