Hacking Selectively displaying games w. USB Ldr. GX?

On my Wii, I am finding Nintendont to be most stable when launched directly in HBC. I couldn't get it working at all with CFG, and with GX it works but I've encountered some issues with controller recognition (I'm only using official Nintendo controllers), crashes when using the reset-to-menu keystroke, etc. I'd rather just use GX for my Wii games, and Nintendont for GCN. So I don't want GX to display the GCN games at all. How to do?

All my Wii wbfs and GC iso files are on one USB hdd. HBC and IOS58 are up to date.

The fourth button from the left on the GX's toolbar at the top of the screen will let you select which type of titles you want displayed.
