Homebrew Sega CD Picodrive Forwarder

Is there any way to forward/inject a bin/cue sega cd iso so that it shows up all pretty-like on my home screen?

If anyone could tell me how to do this for the japanese versions of lunar, lunar II, and popful mail, I would love them more than any member of my own family.

Hold on, I use a forwarder that works with Genesis Plus GX.
