Hacking Seeking help with flashcart

I am currently attempting to set up my R4 Gold Pro 2017 flashcart. I have reformatted my 64GB microSDXC card and have installed the latest kernel. The Nintendo DS Lite recognizes the card, but I get a "Menu?" error when trying to use the R4 flashcart.

I was wondering if you had any advice on what to do? I have tried several kernels multiple versions for the r4 Gold pro and others, nothing seems to work.

Search but I believe that you can't use sdxc on R4
Are you sure you have all good files ?
