Hacking seedminer (single system DSiWare injection)

inside your "Nintendo 3DS" folder on your SD card
there are a few folders
if there is more than one 32 character folder like
abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789
it will not work correctly,
check the size of each of them the largest one will most likely be the one your 3DS is using
rename the other ones to something like
notneeded01-abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789
notneeded02-abcdef0123456789abcdef0123456789
ect.

after that run SeedStarter again and dump your movable_data

just type
seedminer_launcher.exe gpu
or seedminer_launcher.exe cpu
depending on what way you wish to do it

just came from reddit post where the salt and like 5 ppl coudlt help me and literally the first reply did it xD tnx dude love u <3 now it opend like 4 prompt without any progress bar or something similar, should i wait or something?

EDIT: oh oh, have the part 2, gonna continue with the README file, tnx again <3

looks like you are going to do it via CPU, post your movable_part1.sed and I'll do it via GPU it will be like 15x faster or more, but I will have to complete Rubeeen2912's first

I'm running seedminer_launcher gpu and in the top left corner it says old3ds but the system I'm trying to hack is a new 3ds. Did I do something wrong? I'm using a gtx 1060 and it's been about an hour now

Not sure, but I think they would be forbidden. In terms of precedence, I'm thinking about LocalFriendCodeSeed_B files in particular.

How exactly do the msed_data files help with seedminer? Do they bring down the ±4000 approximation down? How would it do that?

The X-axis is msed3=1/5(LFCS) and the dots are msed_data's. If we stuck with that formula (the x-axis) you can see how inaccurate the msed3 estimate would be. You're talking about, on average, a 5-10x increase in brute force times.

Additionally, as we get more msed_data, the brute force times will drop further as msed3 estimates become more accurate.

When an old -> new 3ds systransfer occures, the new3ds acquires the old3ds movable.sed. That's why it says old3ds.
If you sysformat the new3ds, it will revert to a new3ds movable.sed.

Confusing, I know. And that's just the tip of the iceberg.
The 3dbrew page on movable.sed could be twice as long easily.
