Hacking Search: Tool for gamelist.txt -> Spreadsheet

Hi,
i habe no Office (Open or MS) on my System. I use Google Docs.

Now i search for a tool, to make the gamlist.txt to a spreadsheet.

Have somebody a Tool or can somebody make a tool for this?

Open office can do it. I know that you don't hast (

) it but it's free. You convert the file to a .csv file which every programm should open.
I don't know how the gamelist looks. But if it has a format like

ID;title

or similar you can just rename it to .csv and open in any spreadsheet app.
