Hardware SD Slot Problem

So i added some codes for Gecko OS and put my SD card back into my Wii. I got to the Homebrew Channel and no apps are there. I reload the Homebrew Channel, again, nothing is there. So I return the the Wii menu and take out my Card and put it back in. Load the Channel again and there's nothing. So I took the codes off and tried again. Nothing. I put in another SD card with some apps. Nothing. If there something I am doing wrong? Is there some thing I need to check? If anyone knows what to do this would help big time.
