Hello everyone,

Quick question : Since I've put a shitty SD card in my wii, it kinda broke the SD slot. The only way for the wii to read an SD card is to keep my finger pressed on the SD card so it's pushed back inside.

Any way to fix that?

Thanks!

Haven't opened my wii yet.
A picture wouldn't show anything as the sd slot is perfectly normal from outside

Any guides on opening the wii and accessing the sd slot easily?

Thanks!

first, buy a triwing, you surely need it,

after that, the best way is making a drawing of each site of you wii, and put every screw you remove with tape on the drawing, because it is important to remember which screw goes where.
you can also use another way to memorize, but this is the easiest...

also, when you open your wii, use a clean white survace, i use a white tray, because the screws cant roll off...

also, before you open your wii, put you hands on your computer case, or another metal survace, to remove the static electricity of your hands...

this is a good guide for opening your wii:

after you opened it, you can remove the spring out of the wii, so you have a non-springloaded sd slot...
