Hacking SD is corrupted and does weird stuff

So I have a CFW'd New 2DS XL. When I go to the home menu, no programs load, even the system apps. Now when I go into the home menu settings, or open anything, my DS freezes. This is with the SD in. When I turn it on without the SD in, my system apps and DSiWare load. My SD might be corrupted and when I try to use an SD reader my computer refuses to load it. Now I dont know what apps I had on the 3ds and its just a brick now, I even updated my 3DS to 11.9 and now I cant update the boot.firm. Its a brick now

Try a different SD.
Get a low-level programmer to reformat the SD (although if it is not recognized, you might want to try different OS entirely.

Check if your (emptied) SD card is fake or faulty with H2testw in a Full Write + Verify Test. Copy everything off it first and reformat it as FAT32 + 32 KB cluster size in Windows File Explorer or guiformat.
