Hardware sd files beind deleted

Hello, my files are being deleted and I can't enter atmosphere. It's all the files from mysdsetup the sd section just the subfolders everything looks good at first glance but its just empty files this happens over and over I've tried redownloading the files.

What format is your SD-card, Fat32 or ExFAT?

I'm pretty much just installed the custom firmware the only thing on the sd at this point are the files needed for atmosphere there all being deleted I formatted it to fat32 and I stopped deleting the files but I would really like to go back to exfat

I put it in fat 32 and it stopped doing it but now I'm having trouble with larger files. someone told me that on ex fat and fat 32 get broken into 4gb sections not just fat32 but I guess that isn't true or isn't working for me. I would really like to go back to exfat.

Then go back to exfat, no one is forcing you to be on fat32.
But exfat have corruption issues, more so if you are using homebrew.
I'm on exfat since I bought my switch 2 years ago, even if I know it can get corrupted. Fingers crossed it hasn't happened yet

What files are you even having trouble with? Everything can be either split or installed via USB.
