I did everything right. I don’t know what the problem is it won’t show the file in usb loader. It won’t show as card mode in setting in usb loader . format to fat32 I have a samdisk 256gb sd card I don’t know what I did wrong?

Anything larger over 32GB will not work with the Wii. You need an SD card that is at least 32GB in size or lower, but for the most part, your SD card will be holding homebrew rather than games. It's best to store them onto an external HDD or USB stick.

Troubleshooting page for USB Loader GX can be found here: https://wii.hacks.guide/wii-loaders.html#quick-start-guide-1

Hello,

check if the small "lock" on the side of the SD is not blocked in writing.

or test another SD, if you can.

Larger than 32gb sd cards DO work with gx.

Make sure your meta.xml isn't broken (would be if u sourced it from homebrew browser or open shop channel), if autobooting via priiloader ensure its being done properly or disabled, make sure you're running the latest GX, or wait for the new gx update that should hopefully be coming soon, or try a dif usb loader in the meantime. Also make sure all your softmods are up to date <https://gbatemp.net/threads/posting-a-system-check.300279/>

Make sure your sd card is MBR partition scheme not GPT larger sd cards come partitioned as GPT sometimes and sdxc cards do work for the Wii i have used a 512GB card and it worked fine.
