Homebrew SD card reiNAND question

I'm currently using a 16gb micro SD card in my N3DSXL and have reiNAND installed, when I followed the tutorial it created a partition on the SD card. I just bought a 128gb micro SD card which will arrive on Monday.

How do I transfer everything from one card to the other because of the partition, I'm assuming a normal drag and drop from one card to another won't work?

Everything working perfect at the moment I need more space though but don't want to screw the card data up

you can (and should) use EmuNAND9 to format it ready for emunand.

once you go into EmuNAND9 on your current SD card, press select to unmount it. at this point you can put in your 128GB card, and format it.

yes, that's the only format the 3DS supports, so EmuNAND9 will do it
