Hacking Question SD card problem

Hi!
Im gone try to explain this ;D
I update my switch to 6.1 with choidujourNX
That all went fine. But when i wanted to restart my switch with sx dongle
he doest want to load custom firmware anymore.
Only original firmare.
And when iam in orginal firmware my switch ask for a systemupdate on my sd card
So i think my problem lies with the sd card
Any ideas?

Is your SD in EXfat ? If yes you need to tick exfat update in choidujourNX
