Hello. I cracked my 3ds some time ago. I installed the custom firmware luma. Everything worked fine, I had no problem. Until recently my SD card no longer works. I can not do anything for her and so my 3ds does not turn on anymore because she needs the SD card. I do not have backup available either. Is there a way to fill a new SD card so that it can allow my 3DS to work as before? Thank you.

first you will need to find out what hack you are using.

check if you have b9s 1.2/1.3
download the 7z file from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v9.1 and place the boot.firm on the root of your SD card
if that works get the boot.3dsx from https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases/tag/v2.0.0 and place that on the root of your SD card
then follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

check for b9s 1.0
download the 7z from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v7.1 and place the boot.firm on the root of your SD card
if that works get the boot.3dsx from https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases/tag/v2.0.0 and place that on the root of your SD card
follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/updating-b9s
then follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

check for a9lh
download the 7z from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v7.0.5
and place the arm9loaderhax.bin on the root of the SD card
if that works get the boot.3dsx from https://github.com/fincs/new-hbmenu/releases/tag/v2.0.0 and place that on the root of your SD card
follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/a9lh-to-b9s
then follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup

If you hacked it recently, it only needs Luma's boot.firm file to start. Grab it and then restore your console to its factory settings and start over (your games and saves were on your SD card.) Follow the steps on the guide after installing boot9strap.

While there is a twenty or so minutes difference between our replies, I actually started writing mine when you had not yet posted yours. I was after I posted it that I saw your more comprehensive reply. Since I cannot delete posts, I left it like that.

But, yeah, your reply is the better one. Which I guess is what you want to hear.

it's not what I wanted to hear, I just thought it was a waste to post that as you said 20 minutes after I posted, but as you explained you missed it, and does not look like the OP cared anyway, they have not been back to check the thread ><
