SD Card Initialized in 1 bit mode

Hekate gives me a warning that my sd card is now running in 1 bit mode,it also stopped being readable on my pc's adapter (likely fault of the adapter)
it's very unlikely that it's the switch reader's fault since another microsd card works fine on my sysnand,is there any way to fix my sd card? possibly without losing files

1 bit mode means there is missing pins on your SD card flex connectors

You have to open up the switch remove the sd card flex see if there are any missing pins.
