I just bought a 64gb sd card to replace my tiny 8gb usb, i formatted it to fat32 and everything loaded fine except for nintendont games. Nintendont give me the stupid error: "FAT device not found".

My current fix is to just use a 32gb partition

Cool u found a fix. Alternatively you could use a usb hard drive

Wii hates SD Cards bigger than 32GB but USB Loader GX can normally see 1TB thumb drives. If you use an SD Card it normally needs to be 32GB as that was the Wii hard limit. Seeing as the Wii never supported USB storage you can go nuts with 1TB and be safe.

some random fat32 formatter, but as mentioned above the wii hates 64gb sd cards.

Try the "SD Memory Card Formatter" from the SD association.
