ROM Hack SD Card doesn't load

I recently installed sunshell and now my 3DS (10.5, menuhax 2.2) refuses to load data on my SD card, i think it has something to do with sunshell or the new system update.
EDIT: There was something wrong with the sunshell install, i deleted sunshell's files and it works again.
