I have a Switch with CFW, 7.0.0, Atms 10.X
Whenever I try to transfer files form the SD to my PC it corrupts. Always.
When it's the other way around, it's ok
And it's every single time. I need to backup my NAND.
What can I do?
I don't think the SD is bad, since it only happens when tranfering from the SD to the PC.
The PC port is a USB 3.0

Use another card for the backup. Smaller ones are also ok, you just have to copy the files to the pc and continue the backup.
Check your card using H2testw and format it using the official SD Card Formatter.

H2testw gave me that error:

Error writing file 'F:\28.h2w', offset 0x12f00000.
It is still possible to verify the test data written up to this point.
(A device which does not exist was specified. Code 433)
Warning: Only 60889 of 60890 MByte tested.
Writing speed: 19.0 MByte/s
H2testw v1.4

It's faulty, than?

It's a compatibility problem.
Had the same thing with an external 8TB USB HDD - depending to which USB port (USB 3 or USB2) I connected it.
And depending on the PC.
