Homebrew Scummvm Possible on 3ds as homebrew?

Just wondering if a port for Scummvm was possible for Ninjhax, I injected Larry into a gba rom but it's to slow on the current emulators, (see attached file). and would love to play this on my 3ds

There is an emulator for Nintendo DS. I haven't used it on my 3DS, but it worked quite well on my DS Lite.

Unfortunately i do not own any flash cards to run the DS build

Should be perfectly possible in theory, would seem much more likely to come once that sdl port is ready.
