wii compared to this is shit,these are just screenshots,and i dont think that the graphics will look this good,the mgs and resident evil pics look like PS3/360,those i think are fake

I believe all of those are rendered using the 3DS.

Games will look that good, but in 3D! (obviously not as good as PS3/360)

OTOH, it seems to lack anti aliasing, there is no mention of multiple point touch screen input, D-pads still suck (can I PLEASE get a handheld w/ the NeoGeo Pocket's micro-switched thumb stick?!? Please!? Gamepark, Pandora, anyone?). Is that really a camera on the front edge of the unit? I don't know how you hold your DS while playing a game, but that thing is going to be pointing straight at my junk (should make video chat interesting, "No, sweetie, I don't stuff my pants. That's all me."). Also a little disappointed the top/3D screen isn't as big as the PSP's screen.

I'm kind of excited about the line up of games, but I'm a little disappointed too by all the remakes/rehash... Even though, I'll probably start raising yet another army of dogs only to abandon them in a couple of months. And then check in on them 6 months later just to show someone the collectibles I managed to get them and then abandon them again.

Edit: Oh, and if they put that effin' octagon shaped hole underneath that slider, turning yet another one of their analog sticks into a effin' 8 way, I'm going to have to kill them... All of them.

Yeah, I sure hope they thought this through of what could be improved, because this is basically a fresh start for the handheld market from nintendo.

i think that's cause the PS2 used the soft lighting effect made popular by ICO i think.
maybe the 3DS version just hasn't gotten around to implementing that, or maybe they don't need it at all because of the 3D

Okay, so lots of jaggies, and PS2 have that lighting effect, but Final Fantasy X in PS2 is not that great for in-game rendering either compared to later titles

That's a very poor comparison to make a point. The PS2 one has a lot more blur to it, and if you judged from the pictures, the 3DS has more detail.
