In the most recent version of Luma3DS v8.0 /v8.1, a screenshot tool is included in Rosalina. If installed, you have to press L + DPad_Down + Select (at the same time) to enter Rosalina menu.

Do you have CFW?

This does work, but its not as quick at taking screenshots as using BootNTR is. I would recommend at this time to anyone looking to take many screenshots to use BootNTR over Rosalina at this point.

I have a Old3DS with Menuhax
Either way, that is a terrible setup. I HIGHLY suggest switching to a more stable exploit such as b9s. There are no downsides, your boot speed is incredibly faster, you gain full brick protection, you gain compatibility with more up to date cfw's with more features, and it allows you to do everything on sysnand. This gets rid of needing to install dsiware and gba games twice, along with saving 1.5gb on your sd card. To start doing this, i would suggest following this section of 3ds.guide: https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax). Just pretend you're using a completely normal 3ds on 11.2, and the installation process should take 10-15 minutes. i would also like to mention the newest version of lumacfw has a screenshot feature built in, which you cannot use without b9s.
