Ace Faith said:Perhaps this font is scarier. It should be; it's what gave "House of Leaves", a novel by Mark Z. Danielewski a certain scariness, and it's typically used in confidential/leaked documents from Wikileaks.
In the year 2000 zombies have taken over. You are John Baker, newly retired space marine. After a successful career in the Intergalactic Federation Army you retired back to earth to enjoy your last years with your family. However not all was as it seemed. You departed from the shuttle early morning in mid October. The sun hadn't yet risen, the gray morning sky looked bleak and foreboding. You departed from the shuttle station by foot, you only lived a few miles away and it would take you less than an hour to get home.
Something seemed wrong, something seemed... quiet. You looked around, nothing. You knew it was usually quiet in the morning, but not this quiet. You disregarded it and kept walking. Soon you began to smell the scent of decay and as you moved closer into the housing estate it grew stronger and stronger, you looked around for the source but as your eyesight was slowly failing in your later years you saw no apparent cause. You reached your house and put your key in the lock and turned it. It worked, your wife hadn't changed the locks. As you grabbed the door handle however, something felt sticky. You took a closer look, something maroon was encrusted on it. "Could it be blood?" you think to yourself. You raise your guard and slowly walk into the house, pistol drawn for any encounter that may occur.
As you make your way through the house you see a note on the coffee table, it simply reads "It's spread, if you're reading this, John, get out as soon as possible." Whilst you were in space the majority of communication was cut off and the soldiers knew little of what was going happening on earth.
You smelled that terrible stench again, the odor of decay. It was seeping through the open doorway that connected the living room to the kitchen. There, inside the kitchen, you found your son, dead and decaying, face down against the table. Limbs had been torn off, chunks of flesh were missing, but you knew it was him. Horrified you ran out of the house as fast as you could.
When you found yourself outside the front door, things had changed. The street you were walking down no less than 10 minutes ago had undergone a drastic change. You found the source of the smell of decay, corpses lined the street. Suddenly a thick fog began to form, however in the distance you could see something, something that resembled a human. Hoping to get some help, you ran towards it as fast as you could, shouting for help. When you reached it, however, you noticed it was also decaying. It was also looking at you with it's hungry eyes.
You quickly pull out your tactical 9mm pistol and shoot a few rounds into the creature, it goes down; but not before shrieking a spine chilling scream. Suddenly you hear footsteps and see darting movements, "Could there be more of them?" you think to yourself, "Could there even be any survivors?".
After reflecting on your past thoughts, you decide to run out of there as fast as you could. After all that gun only holds 8 shots and you don't have any spare magazines. Then it hits you, you still have your army issue radio, and it has a setting to tune into the FM/AM radio bands used on earth, you didn't notice it before but it's been putting out static in bursts, as though it could be some sort of signal. After messing with the dials to try and tune it, and you hear it. A familiar voice. A human voice. It's muffled, but it's there, and it's telling you to get to them as soon as possible...

That's DSDoom. Not my game which uses the DSDoom engine. Clearly not the same.Sephi said:It looks like Urza leaked a copy of your game 3 years ago.
