I have the most recent version of wiiflow, 4.2.1. I've noticed that the some source menu buttons do not save what partition the games are found on even when the wiiflow.ini is directly modified. More specifically, when a source menu button uses more than 1 plugin, I have to manually change the partition each time.

This will save.

source=plugin
magic=534e4553
emuflow=2

This gives me the "select partition to select your partition type" screen
[BUTTON_4]

source=plugin
magic=56424188,4d45447e
emuflow=6

Does anyone know of a way to get the second example to save the partition settings without removing one of the magic numbers?
