Hacking Saving problems

I always get this problem: I have both Pokemon Diamond and Pearl but when I saved, it showed up on both games! Help me! This sometimes happens in Nintendogs as well.

Sounds more like your save size is set to 2M, when it should be 4M. The game apparently saves some data in the upper 2M and if you don't use 4M left over data from the other game will be there and cause the same game and there ya go, problem!

EZ Flash V, i solved the problem.
But, i got a new one! My file keeps automatically deleting!!!

You need to be more precise when you ask for help in here, state version of kernel. And describe the problem better then my file keeps deleting since that makes little sense.

I take it you mean save file ?
