Homebrew Saving on Goomba?

Anyone know of a way to save on goomba colour? I made a pokemon collection and played gold for 20 minutes then saved and turnt it off but when i reboot the collection of games it appears not to have saved. Any tips? Thanks.

Gold is playable? with the graphic glitches and all....
I had the same problem on my SC CF. What card do you use?

Goomba has some issues with saving on carts, for EZ3/4 stuff you need to alter the header, I assume you are still on the m3lite so I do not think I can be of much help.

Yes, your card is important to determine the problem.

I knoe for one that the ez4 has some problems (albeit fixable)

Im using my beloved m3 lite, What i did is write it to the card using game manager so it had a .dat savefile. I think you have to click save state then reboot and it shud be cool.
