Wanted to play some pokemon and donkey kong country. Problem is, the save files are deleted every time I restart the console.
Any way to fix this?

Sounds like the SRAM battery is probably dead. (Unless you're skipping the actual saving, which happens when you restart the EZIV. It doesn't save directly to the memory card while you're playing.)

Are you processing your ROMs w/ EZ4 CLient before putting them on your SD?

SRAM saves EVERYTHING else. And yes, I'm running it through the client.

Double posting, sorry..
Is there anything I can change while running it through the client? Like, SRAM_TYPE or EEPROM_TYPE? 64kb or 128kb?

Triple posting. I sincerely apologize.
I found a working method of saving Pokemon.
1. Throw it into GBAtA and SRAM patch the original rom.
2. Download the save patch
3. Patch the rom
4. Throw the rom into the EZ Client
5. Select FLASH 128k
6. Send it
7. Enjoy
Thank you, Scientific Method

Nope.avi

Just run the Pokémon game through the EZ4Client as you would any other game.
Always worked for me.

Your method basically patches the save method three times.

I tried that, I selected the rom, set to FLASH 128k, and it gave me the "Save file has been deleted" message.
