Homebrew [Savegame] Main to .sav?

Hello there i'm looking for a converter that allows me to convert "main" savedata (no extension) to a .sav savedata (sky3ds etc..) i haven't found anything but savemanager and other apps (that doesn't work with my backups inside the sky3ds) so i'm searching for a pc tool that can do this..

There isn't a PC tool, as 3ds files are encrypted and can't be decrypted without an exploited 3ds.

It is, but sky3ds doesn't support decrypted saves to my knowledge.
