Hacking Savedata question

If you backup \user\00\savedata, you can only directly copy/paste it into same ps vita system ?
It bound with PSN+mainboard ID ?
With PS Vita save manager, you can backup any savedata into PSVsavemanager data and can restore it on any ps vita system right ?

Because when i'm using dragon crown backup data on my previous ps vita to restore into new ps vita, it say savedata corrupted but FFX savedata still working.

Yeah, easy way is to export the save with save manager and import back.

With sava manager plus you can even export them all at once and restore.
