I really don't think anyone would do it (for free).
If someone registered your PSN account (as the saves were signed with your account's key), after they removed your account from their license, the slot will be occupied for the next 30 days (SW uses this to block license sharing). Considering it only came with 3/4 slots per license and it's price, most people probably share the license thus left no slot for such usage.
Also, I don't think the price is "absurd" as it costs about the same as a game, but I do feel it sort of useless as game support almost always came after I beat the whole game.
(And they obviously have 5.01 kernel exploit to do what they were doing, wish someone could just release the exploits already so we can all real-time cheats not this.)

i can do it for a small fee. i am willing to give you the serial number. then you can cheat all your games
