hey tempers...

i would like just to ask what save type does GALAXY EAGLE flashcart uses.

i have a r4 and my friend has a GE flashcart.
i checked its save type and its 512 kb.the same as r4.

but when i transfer my save over to him-it cant be read by the card.

thnx!!!

open the micro SD with a reader and look at his sav files. look at the exact extension name and things.
eg. I use Wood R4 which uses .sav but the save file has to be like this: .nds.sav and if it's not like that it won't work. whilst original R4 just uses .sav

its the same as .sav like the fake and the orginal r4..

so it's puzzling me. the shunywebsite doesn't have the galaxy eagle save type.

if possible, can you please upload one of the save files from the GE and give me link? I might be able to have a better look then.

Galaxy Eagle? That's probably the most no-name flashcart I've ever heard of.

Many common flashcarts (R4DS with Wood R4, CycloDS, Acekard 2i, Supercard DStwo) use the same .sav save files, sometimes .nds.sav, if this Galaxy Eagle doesn't use .sav extensions, try just renaming the extension.
If even then it doesn't read then it's not saving in the same format, and since it's such a no-name flashcart, it might be hard to get imported saves to work on it.

If it turns out that it does use a completely different format, please email me the save files: the R4 one, and the Galaxy-Eagle one, and I'll do my best to add it to my save converters.
