ROM Hack save not injecting?

After dumping and editing my breath of the wild save i added the the all the contents to inject and injected them but when i load my save its the old save. Edit: wasn't transferring the tracker

Is there a way to use a save from an account on my switch in my other account (on the same console)?
I dont want to edit the save, just transfer it from my account that I used before because I had to switch countries to buy eshop games with my currency.
