Hacking Save Manager GX won't install save on wii

So I'm trying to install this Golden Eye save on my nintedo wii with the latest save manager gx and for some reason it won't I have never had a problem with this when it comes to other saves.

I wonder if it has has anything to do with the save not being a data.bin file. ????
