hi all, I posted this in the Acekard sub-forum but got no feedback so I thought I'd try here....

hi all,

I am using an Acekard RPG, AKAIO 1.7.1 and the loader from AKAIO's site (which I assume is the latest).

I completely reformatted my card and put all the software back on the card and still no improvements.

The issues:
MOST games will not save/load properly.

Usually I can play the game indefinitely and "save" whenever I want and if I go to save again I can see the previous save, time and all.

However, when I turn off the DS, and try to load the game again, it either acts as if I have never played the game before OR I click to load the game and the game freezes (Last Window, might just be that the ROM isn't ready yet) or, even stranger, the "load" menu just refreshes and then the save is gone! (FFCC: Rings of Fate).

But, I got 1.7.1 to play DQ9 and I'm like hundreds of hours in and have saved/loaded dozens and dozens of times.

So ..... little help!?!? =\

QUOTE(The_Dark_Knight @ Oct 4 2010, 10:41 PM) PS - I tried Wood RPG 1.13 and the results were very similar.

you can try backing up the stuff on your micro sd card.
Then reformatt the card using panasonic sd formatter.
Download a new copy of akaio 1.7.1 and put the fresh copy of akaio on the card..
Test some games that didn't save/load properly
(you may also want to try using wood rpg 1.14 if it doesnt work)
