So I wanted to change the save file for Super Smash Bros. Brawl PAL to a new one with the necessary stuff unlocked.
I found it, though it was in this "Decrypted state" and the vwii doesn't like it.
So I downloaded FE100, libeay32 and ran FE100keygrabber, put the necessary info and saved it.
Then I opened FE100, put the directory of the save files in and clicked Pack. And I wouldn't be writing this if it weren't for this error: title id is wrong.
I tried renaming it to all title ids possible, no luck.
Any solutions/better methods? Thanks.

I got WiiXplorer running, I got an FTP server to make things easier, but what do I replace exactly?
nand:/title/{titleid-high}/{titleid-low}/content/*

Make sure to enable write access first in the wiixplorer settings (and not sure if you can do it over ftp)

So I don't know what these title ids are, but it turned out that the site i got the save from put it in the folder name, then I found where there should be smash brawl save data, and there are these two files: content and data, so now what steps do i take?

I found this Savegame manager GX, put in in my homebrew apps, put my smash brawl save in both decrypted and encrypted (i got it converted to decrypted format, but when i put it in sd card in private/wii/title/[title id] it doesnt like it, probably because smash brawl save cant be transferred to sd) format in a "savegames" folder, started savegame manager gx and it doesnt recognize them as saves. I tried renaming it to all sorts of things, but no luck.I have this question: how do i transform that 4 letter title id in a 15 character hexadecimal string? Will it recognize it if the name of the folder is that? If not, how do I change this save data?

Why not backup your current save file to SD (using various methods). Then replace your save(s) with the one you downloaded and u know it will be in the right location.

Alternatively, is there a cheat code u can use to unlock everything? If so, enable it, launch the game and unlock everything, let it save, then disable the cheat.

I can't backup my save to SD, games like Smash Brawl don't let you do that. The cheat code thing seems great, but I never got into them so I don't know how to use them with usb loader gx games. I have also tried this old savegame manager (not gx) though it doesn't read stuf from anything.

There's a Priiloader patch for that! But he was referring to an extracted save from a homebrew save manager...

The same way they work on Gecko OS: you get some code lists in .txt format (can probably be downloaded in your loader, then you can edit on PC if needed), select the codes you want and convert them to .gct (probably also built into your loader), then you enable Ocarina for your game (and experiment with the hook types if needed) and run it
