Hacking Save file is gone (attack on titan)

Just noticed after i finished a mission that the save file is gone,and i can't save again
Error c2-2004-6.

If i exit now every thing will gone.

So,what the difference between sleep mode in Vita?
Most of the time i am forced to press the power button to turn off the screen.
Will that effect the save?
