Hacking Save file compatibiilty between flash cards

I have plans to replace my EZ4L with possible a G6 Lite, SuperCard Lite, or a M3 Lite (if there is to be one).
Will I be able to just copy my SAVE files over and expect them to work? I assume these flash cards just
save them as RAW files. If this assumption is wrong, then is there any conversion programs available?

Supercard and EZ saves are compatible with one another, M3 and by virtue of that I assume G6 are not (do not quote me on the final one).

The other save type is action replay (gamefaqs and such use it), there is a conversion tool for action replay to supercard (which I used with my EZ4 earlier today so I know it works):

I believe there is a conversion tool for M3 saves around but I do not know where it is, hopefully someone else can link it.
