ok so my problem is this I have leaf green and emerald on my SD card w/ the gba emu I also have the game config.txt in it the games boot up and even save on a soft reset it loads the save but..... if i switch off my 3DS and play it later my save is GONE!!!! what the hell is going on?

I'm assuming you haven't used the gba emu before...
you have to exit the emu or change the rom in order for it to save, that or you create a save state. Also if you were unaware, if you use the fast forward function the clock will get messed up meaning your berry quest will always fail.

*just as a added measure, I'm pretty sure the supercard team included a manual or readme for it....

And by exit I don't mean to just turn off the console, I mean like exit from the main menu of the emu.
