Hey guys I need help tomorrow i turned off my ps4 jailbreak properly and today when i start it all of the users are deleted and all of the save data is not there but the games are there any help!! And the jailbreak version is 9.00

Savedata is tied to the user. The savedata.db contains both user and account ID. User ID is random, so unless you backed them up, you're screwed, unfortunately I think.

If the account is gone you are probably screwed if you didn't backup your save externally.

Odd that the games are present though. Iirc, both saves and games are in the user ID folder. The app.db contains the user ID in decimal format for each of the tables. I don't understand how the user could be gone if the games are there. Do the games work? I'd suggest rebuilding the database, then using itemzflow to get games back.

well, that is the reason I have psn+ and nso, or rather the main reason. my first switch failed about a month into nso service, and I wasn't a member. lost all saves. I've gone through every game I had except for xenoblade chronicles 2 and octopath traveler. in octopath traveler, I had over 100 hours too. that game is brutal, so I haven't been as enthusiastic to redo everything. anyway, I vowed never to let that happen again.

Which is why I put my saves n stuff in 2 locations. PC and Cloud. Double back-up so to speak.

that's what sucks about the new gen of systems. none of them allow backing up externally. you can backup ps4 saves externally on the ps5 but not ps5 saves.

there are several positives to xbox though. in this instance, you don't have to pay for online service to get free cloud saving.

too late, I have a cloud account [$39 mth [Ithink]] 1TB. Backed up My comp twice, and still have room for more [ie. porn vids n stuff]

it's one of the big three, might be microsoft, that only gives you 2GBs iirc.

Oh.. I forgot to mention a third. I also saved the game saves, porn, special documents on a DVD +- RW disc.
