Uninstalling a CIA destroys your save data with it as far as I know. Use SaveDataFiler or some other save manager tool to back it up before and restore it after you've reinstalled.

MHX saves on the SD card so removing and reinstalling doesn't affect the save. Fantasy Life does too but I'm not sure if that works.
Otherwise, uninstalling other cia files will remove the savegame since it's stuck with the cia.

lol how did you figure out I was talking about MHX? It's not even for me actually, I'm asking for a friend who can't patch it with NTR.

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction -
