Hacking save backup with g6 lite?

i just took vietiful joe off of my cart to try out rom trimming. and it worked great. only problem is my save isnt there anymore. any way to fix that? how do you backup saves? thankfully i tryed a game that i just started to be safe

trimming has not caused me any problems with g6 lite.

Hey I just noticed that you can safely delete all the .1 & .2 files off the G6 Lite cause the save is actually in the .0 files... Those other two are for backups from the main menu... I deleted all my .1 and .2 fiels and freed up another 9.5 MB... Each sav file is 256 KB... Seems a waste if you're not going to use the backup feature... I back em up regularily on the PC anyhow...

That's quite a bit of extra space... enough for another game at least

Yup, in the \NDS

Or you can back up and restore save files through the Udisk manager, this is what I do. I guess you get the same result through copy+paste but I find this easier.
