Does disabling the quick disk check Sakura does on startup will make it boot faster?

And is it really necceassry when only playing NDS games, the last corruptions I got prevented Sakura from booting at all. (It seems that if you delete a games save file and sakura recreates it, the card gets corrupted)

I disabled it a long time ago. I've found that it boots faster. I've never found the point in using it. I don't have that feature on any of my other cards and they work just fine.

Just disable it and see for yourself. You can always just re-enable it if you want to.
